Cancelling & Changes

Cancellations made 7 days or more before your event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made less than 3 days before your event will be charged 50% of the total order.

Yes, we understand that guest counts and preferences may change. We can accommodate changes up to 7 days before your event. Significant changes made after this deadline may incur additional charges.

We'll work with you to develop a backup plan for outdoor events. If the event must be rescheduled due to severe weather, we'll do our best to accommodate the new date without additional fees, depending on our availability.
